Self In Mind Psychology
"I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to be." Carl Jung

What does it mean to hold self in mind?

-
Self care
-
Self reflection
-
Self awareness
-
Self acceptance
-
Self compassion

Sometimes the pull of negative thoughts, sweep of uncomfortable emotions, tension in the body can make it hard to show up in a way that reflects how you want to be in the world or that aligns with what matters to you.

I aim to create a safe space in which we can work together to hold self in mind, seeking to understand what is being responded to and identifying what might need to change to meet your therapy goals.

Offering
Individual Therapy
Change is not easy. Showing up takes courage and a willingness to work alongside another to gain insight and to develop new ways of being.

Individual therapy with Maree offers a trusting space in which to develop a shared understanding of what has led you to this point and what you want to be different.

Importantly, therapy is not 'done to' another. For psychology to be effective, active engagement by both parties is required.
Offering
Supervision
As a Board-Approved Supervisor, I am committed to fostering the growth of emerging and established psychologists.
I provide structured, supportive supervision to clinical registrars, ensuring the development of key competencies while upholding the highest standards of professional practice.

I can also provide a reflective space for established psychologists looking to meet their supervision needs.
